Updates to Community Bylaws

The HOA Board will be voting on an updated set of bylaws within the next 2 months.  Once they are approved we will send them out to all residents.

Reserve Study
The community reserve study has been completed and is available for download and review here.

Community Yard Sale

The Spring community yard sale will be held on October 4th, 2025, from 7 to 11 AM.  Rain date will be October 11th. Reminder that the Spring and Fall Community Yard Sales (held on the first Saturday of May and October) are the only two that the association allows each year.

General HOA Meeting

Our next General Homeowners Meeting will be April 13th, 2026 from 7-8 pm (this date is subject to change).  The meeting will be held at the Clubhouse.  

Homeowners Fee

Reminder that Homeowner’s Fee of $275 is due by April 30th.  Please send payments to Nutters Crossing Homeowners Association, PO Box 5070, Salisbury MD, 21802.  Any fee not paid by this date is subject to a $30 late charge as outlined in our bylaws.  If you are having difficulty paying this fee on time, please contact us.  

Nutters HOA Going Green

Last chance to get us your email so that we can add you to our distribution list.  We will be solely relying on email for future communication.  So no more flyers in your mailbox.  Send us an email at [email protected] if you aren’t already receiving emails from us and we’ll gladly add you to the list.

Dixon Road Lot

The HOA wants to notify everyone that we DO NOT own the piece of property on Dixon Rd. on which the events are held.  We are lucky enough to receive permission to utilize this lot twice per year to hold our community bonfire.  Any dumping of leaves, branches, wood, pallets, etc. is not allowed as this is private property.  There are also properties within our Association that border this lot that do not wish to have to look at the lot full of debris.  Please respect the lot owner and your fellow Association members and refrain from dumping anything on the Dixon Rd. lot.  Thank you.
